Alan Bouchard:
Alan has provided businesses and individuals with accounting, tax, and financial planning services for the past 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Accounting, and has completed a variety of CPA review and management classes. In addition, he has taught college-level management courses at Andover College and has a 30-year record of highly successful financial management for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He has held the position of controller for a multi-state commercial contractor and for a local division of a multi-national manufacturer. He is a member of the National Society of Accountants. For the past 19 years, he has been President of AB Business Services providing hands-on assistance to local area businesses.
Alan is an avid golfer and competes at the state, regional and national levels. He is actively involved with the Maine State Golf Association and has served as President and Treasurer as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the New England Golf Association. He also enjoys fly fishing, hiking and almost all outdoor activities.
Maria Ebrahim:
Maria has provided businesses and individuals with bookkeeping and tax prep services for the past 10 years. She is a graduate of Villanova University, with a degree in Nursing, and a graduate of University of Southern Maine, with an associate’s degree in Accounting. She has completed a variety of multi-level classes offered by H&R Block and QuickBooks. She spent 5 years working for Heritage Business Services in Limerick, ME, offering bookkeeping, payroll, and tax prep services to her individual and business clients. For the past 4 years, she is the principal bookkeeper and payroll provider for AB Business Services, utilizing QuickBooks software.
Maria has been an avid basketball fan all her life. She competed at the college and senior level as a player, coached girls’ teams at the junior high school level, and for the past 12 years is a high school varsity official in the Southern Maine area.
