Privacy Policy

    Last updated: April 17, 2026

AB Business Services ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you under applicable laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

    1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

    • Information you provide: name, business email, phone number, company name, job role, service interest, agent volume, budget range, timeline, and any message content you submit through our contact, quote, or pricing forms.
    • Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, click events, and approximate geographic location (country/region level).
    • Cookies and similar technologies: first- and third-party cookies used for site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) advertising measurement.

    2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data for the following purposes:

    • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested services
    • Send transactional communications (quote confirmations, service updates)
    • Send marketing communications where you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
    • Analyze website performance, traffic sources, and content engagement
    • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security incidents
    • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

Legal bases (GDPR): consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services.

    3. Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking

We use the following analytics and tag management tools to understand how visitors interact with our website:

    • Google Tag Manager (GTM): a tag management container that loads and configures other measurement tools listed below.
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): measures aggregated traffic, pageviews, route changes, and form submission events. We use IP anonymization and do not collect personally identifying details through GA4.
    • Google Search Console: linked to GA4 to surface aggregated search query and landing page performance data.
    • Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools: aggregated search performance data on Bing.
    • Form submission tracking: when you submit a contact, quote, or pricing form, we send a non-PII event to GA4 indicating the form type and high-level metadata (service interest, agent count, timeline, budget range) to measure conversion performance. Your name, email, phone, and message content are not sent to analytics tools.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On, by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser, or by blocking cookies via your browser settings.

    4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from AB Business Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

    5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

    • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, CRM) under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
    • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
    • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

    6. International Data Transfers

We are headquartered in Egypt and serve clients in the United States and globally. Your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

    7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Form submissions are retained for up to 3 years from last contact. Aggregated analytics data is retained per GA4 default (14 months).

    8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Our operations align with HIPAA safeguards and ISO 27001 controls.

    9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal data we hold about you
    • Request correction of inaccurate data
    • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
    • Object to or restrict certain processing
    • Request data portability
    • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
    • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA.
